Did you try one of last week’s Kindness Challenges? If you did, tell me what happened—I want the play-by-play! 😂 I’ve been on a serious kindness kick lately, and it’s been so life-giving. I’ll drop links to the matching blog posts so you can revisit or share with a friend.

Also—heads up! I’m building a simple Black Friday Favorites Hub with all my go-to companies in one spot to make shopping easier (and calmer). It’s not fully curated yet, but I’ll give you a little sneak peek soon. ❤️

Until then—here are my Friday Faves!

This Week's Friday Faves

Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack

Castor oil packs = my favorite gentle, old-school ritual for calmer digestion and deep relaxation. But they can get messy. That’s why I LOVE the Queen of the Thrones delivery method. It makes it easy + low-mess. I have bought the Castor Oil from them and the Health Food Store but I always make sure it is organic, hexane-free Castor Oil. 30–45 mins in the evening is sufficient but I often sleep with them overnight 1 time a week—so soothing. ❤️

Tech Wellness Air Tube Headphones

Travel must-have alert. While I'm over here thinking about flying somewhere WARM—these are ALWAYS in my carry-on and I won’t travel without them now. I’ve talked about them before and I’ll say it again: ditch the Bluetooth on travel days. These corded headphones use air-tube tech (so the sound travels through little air tubes instead of wires near your head), and the audio is shockingly good.

I use them on flights, in hotel rooms, and anytime I want peace and quiet without the constant charge/repair drama. Simple, comfy, and they just work. ❤️

Crunchi Powerlight Eye Cream
(and—hello—50% off Skincare!)

If you’ve waited for the best time to stock up on clean skincare, this is it: Crunchi’s skincare is 50% off right now. I’m shouting out the Powerlight Eye cream because it’s hands-down the best I’ve ever used—instant “ahh” for tired eyes and real results with consistency.

Here’s why I’m obsessed: I can see the difference visibly, softens the appearance of aging, and helps brighten dark circles. I really notice that it reduces puffiness. The whole eye area looks firmer, lifted, and more awake. Bonus: it snagged a 2022 Healing Lifestyles Earth Day Beauty Award—and you know I’m picky about what earns real estate on my bathroom shelf.

How I use it: a teeny pearl-sized amount, AM + PM, tapped gently along the orbital bone (no rubbing). ❤️

Crunchi Gentle Facial Bar
(50% Off—Only $13!)

Confession: I never thought I’d be obsessed with washing my face with a bar of soap. It felt like a downgrade from my beloved cleansing oil… until I tried this. Now it’s the best face-wash experience—creamy, soothing, and it actually leaves my skin clean without that tight, stripped feeling. I’m stocking up while Crunchi’s skincare is 50% off because these are $13 right now and worth every penny. A little goes a LONG way- it lasts for MONTHS!

What makes it special: it’s ultra-mild and ideal for dry or sensitive skin, with organic colloidal oatmeal and kaolin clay to calm, cleanse, and boost radiance while protecting your skin’s natural oils. Bonus points for the zero-waste packaging (100% recyclable post-consumer paper). Beyond clean, beyond basic—just simple, gentle goodness. ❤️

Norwex Spirinetts

For My Old-School Steel Wool Lovers — Meet the Norwex Spirinetts!

If you love the “nothing beats elbow-grease” vibe of steel wool, meet your new BFF's- the "Spirinetts". Spirinetts are heavy-duty stainless scrubbers that make the gnarly jobs look easy—burned-on pans, baked-in gunk on oven racks, sticky messes on grills, lime and rust spots, even stubborn garage grime. They come as a pack of two, so I keep one in the kitchen and one in the garage. They rinse clean, last forever, and don’t fall apart like those crumbly throwaway pads—big win for the planet and your patience. Use on glass, ceramic tile, stainless, and unfinished wood when you need muscle—but (real talk) don’t use on nonstick or delicate/coated surfaces, and always test a tiny spot first. Get the old-school clean with upgraded tools. ❤️
