I know that you are a few "intentional" steps away from being a better version of yourself.Â
Life is full of experiences that shape us for the better if we allow them. How do I know this?
I’ve failed forward more times than I can count. I've chosen growth over comfort. I've learned that my life was created for a purpose—all the parts of it: the good, the bad, and the ugly. And I truly believe we are all placed on this earth for a purpose. When we practice intentionality in every part of our lives, it transforms us and those around us.
So...what areas of your life do you want to improve? Lay it on me sista! Whether it's relationships, health, career, or something else, I want to help you take those intentional steps forward.Â
Most of all...I believe that everyone has something extraordinary to offer this world.
And, you, my friend, have a footprint that matters.Â
Areas where Being Intentional Matter to Me...

Safer Products
Â
Did you know that only 30 toxic chemicals are banned in our personal care products in the US?Â
For comparison's sake, Canada bans 600, and the UK bans over 1,400!
I had no idea about this... until I experienced systemic chemical toxicity in 2017. I got really sick- more on that later.
At the time, I was already living a naturally clean, low-tox lifestyle—from my food to my cleaning products. But after this experience, I stepped up my game even further, switching to cleaner, safer personal care products—everything from shampoo to makeup.
I spent 7 years working for the largest, advocacy-driven clean company, actively fighting for and demanding transparency, stricter product labeling, and better legislation in the beauty industry. Though my career path has shifted slightly, I remain a passionate advocate for clean living, committed to making all things safer and cleaner.

Relationships
Â
Have you ever taken a DISC Personality Assessment?
While it's one of the tools I use in my coaching, the real value comes in helping people see situations from multiple perspectives. Through my extensive training in the DISC personality realm, I’ve developed a knack for understanding how different personalities perceive things. I’ve also honed a gift (or curse!) of seeing many sides to an issue, which allows me to help you understand others in a deeper way.
I believe when we understand ourselves better, we can improve how we connect with others—and ultimately, become better humans. I’ve spent years doing the work on myself through self-help, counseling, and life experiences. Now, I’m ready to help you on your journey.

Herbal Remedies
Â
Are you curious about how herbal remedies can support your health journey?
As a trained herbalist, God has used me to help a wide variety of individuals find their way back to balance.
My journey into natural medicine began in 1999 when my youngest son was born. What started as an excruciating experience with nursing led me to search for alternative solutions. That's when a local herb store owner took me under her wing and taught me the incredible healing power of herbs. Through this guidance, I not only found relief but also discovered a lifelong love for plants and their medicinal qualities.
Since then, I’ve used this knowledge to help others restore balance in their lives—whether it’s easing discomfort, boosting energy, or improving overall well-being. I believe one of God’s many gifts to us is the medicinal plants and flowers around us, and I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with you.

Who is Dana ?
I am just a regular gal who loves the SUN and warm weather- preferably by a beach somewhere. Mom to two handsome young men and wife to an amazing dude who's my polar opposite. I am obsessed with unsweet green tea and motivational quotes. I choose to live my life "happy" everyday- even in the moments of "hard".
My heart beats to encourage others. I believe we ALL have something to wow the world with. Maybe you know what it is or maybe you don't. Either way, there's life to be lived out there, now let's get busy leaving a footprint that matters!
